What is Freezehold®?
Freezehold® is a unique new initiative from commercial property developers, Frogmore, which allows businesses greater flexibility when buying or renting office and industrial space.

- The pre-agreed purchase price holds throughout the period of the lease. There are no index linked increases, but you have the certainty of knowing what the purchase price will be .
- >> What is minimum / maximum duration of a Freezehold® agreement?
- The minimum duration is 1 month. The maximum duration is 18 months.
- >> After the Freezehold® agreement expires, can I still purchase the property?
- Yes, but the terms of the agreement will need to be renegotiated at this time.
