Freezehold Fast Forwards Deals for Crossways Buyers
Businesses for whom time is money, and who need to close a deal quickly, have wasted no time taking advantage of the Freezehold scheme on offer at Schooner Park, a new development of warehousing / distribution units at Crossways, Dartford.
The latest to do so is GTDS Ltd providers of installation and commissioning services to the electrical generation, transmission and distribution industry, who have purchased Unit 5, under the terms of Frogmore’s ‘lease now, buy later’ scheme.
"We were unable to secure immediate funding from our bank" says Managing Director Gordon Gunning, "so we were delighted with the flexibility of the Freezehold offer, which fitted in perfectly with our business plan, and enabled us to move in immediately".
"Freezehold gave us the freedom to lease with a view to purchase up to a year after occupation at the original, pre-agreed price. In the event we were so satisfied we took up the purchase option within 3 months of moving in last May".
New business units ranging from 1,690 to 5,320 sq ft are still available at Schooner Park, all with quality office content and available to lease, buy or purchase under the Freezehold scheme.
June 2010 - M11 Business Link at the Stansted Business Show
M11 Business link was well represented at the Stansted Business Show on Friday the 4th of June.
The event, which took place at the Hilton Hotel near London Stansted Airport, provided the ideal platform to raise our profile with local/regional business and communicate our key ‘Freezehold®’ message - which proved to be of great interest to those owners, directors and entrepreneurs who attended the show.

April 2010 - ‘FREEZEHOLD®’ GRIPS VISITORS TO KENT 20/20
‘Freezehold®’, a revolutionary new way to acquire commercial property for buyers frustrated by the credit crunch, drew in the crowds at the Kent 20/20 Show – the largest business conference and exhibition in the South East – this April.
After stirring addresses by Dragon’s Den panellist James Caan and Alan Sugar’s right hand man Nick Hewer, there was a new optimism abroad at the show, and forward thinking entrepreneurs were quick to respond to a scheme which offers them the opportunity to secure new business premises without waiting for banks or other lenders to supply funding.
The ‘Freezehold®’ scheme, showcased by property developers Frogmore, has proved so successful that it has been introduced as standard practice at a number of Frogmore’s business parks throughout the UK.
The ‘Freezehold®’ scheme allows prospective buyers to lease a new property with the option of purchasing it later at a pre-agreed price, when funds become available. Frogmore guarantee that the price remains frozen – hence the name – whatever happens to property values in the meantime.
The ‘Freezehold®’ scheme is currently available to new occupiers at Frogmore’s Crossways Business Park, Dartford site, and has recently been extended to their business parks at M11 Business Link, Stansted, and Edward Court, Altrincham Business Park.
